Last updated September 17, 2026. This policy explains how One Call Plumbing Services handles information in One Call OS (OCOS), including the Android, iPhone and iPad apps and its Operations Center service. OCOS is a work application for authorized team members. Our public website is covered by our website privacy policy.
OCOS handles work-account identifiers, names, roles, permissions, authentication and session information; customer and service-location contact details; jobs, schedules, assignments, service requests and work notes; time entries, job costs, estimates, invoices and payment status; and photos, receipts or other documents users choose to attach. Records may be entered by authorized staff or imported from business systems used to deliver and administer services.
Security and reliability records may include IP addresses, request times, device or browser information, authentication events and activity logs. Please do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, medical information or unrelated sensitive personal information in job notes, attachments or AI prompts.
We use information to authenticate users, enforce work permissions, arrange and perform services, coordinate staff, communicate about work, prepare and administer estimates and invoices, track time and costs, maintain business records, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems and meet applicable obligations. OCOS is not a public social network. Information is available to authorized users according to their operational access.
Camera access is used when you choose to photograph work or a receipt. File or photo selection is used for attachments you choose. Declining camera access does not prevent ordinary use of the app, and you can choose an existing supported file instead. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
When enabled, device unlock uses your device's authentication system. We do not receive your Face ID image, fingerprint template or device passcode. The app stores its session information in protected device storage. Signing out removes the active app session from the device; resetting device protection requires signing in again. Selected attachment files may remain in the app's device cache until removed by the app or operating system.
When an employee clocks in and enables shift location, the native app collects their precise location, accuracy and observation time, including in the background, to coordinate active work. Dispatchers and managers can view the latest on-shift position and whether it is stale. Location is linked to the employee and their clocked job. Only the latest position is retained; OCOS does not maintain a route history.
Clocking out stops location collection on the device immediately. If offline, the device securely saves a pending clock-out for synchronization. The server clears the last position when it receives that clock-out. Clock-in/out timestamps and resulting time entries remain business records. Signing out or losing authorization pauses location collection; it does not automatically end a shift. Employees can change location permission in device settings. Missing permission, connectivity, device restrictions or force-closing the app may interrupt location updates. Location is not used for advertising or automatic payroll approval.
We use Cloudflare for application hosting, operational data and attachment storage. Depending on which business integrations are enabled, information needed for a requested workflow may be processed by Resend for email, Twilio for messaging and call routing, Housecall Pro for business-record integration, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for requested AI assistance. Payment details entered on a payment provider's page are handled by that provider. Provider-dependent features may not be available in every workspace.
When you request AI assistance, your prompt and relevant work context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a draft. Review drafts before using them and avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information. AI assistance does not itself authorize sending messages, scheduling work or collecting payment.
We share information with authorized staff, service providers and the team handling the work as needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We do not sell personal information. The native OCOS app does not use cross-app advertising tracking.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, account administration, security, legal, accounting and operational purposes. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; a request to close an account does not automatically remove business records associated with completed or ongoing work.
To ask about access to your information, request correction or deletion, request OCOS account deactivation, or raise a privacy concern, email info@azplumbers.com or call 480-663-2255. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will explain when a record must be retained for applicable legal obligations or legitimate business purposes. Employees and contractors can also contact their Operations Center administrator about work-account access.
You can sign out in the app's account options, turn off optional device unlock, and change camera or photo permissions in device settings. For service text messages, reply STOP to opt out of further messages where supported, or contact us for help.
The dedicated App Review account opens a separate workspace containing fictional sample records. It is not connected to live customer operations. External messaging, payment collection, provider setup and credential changes are disabled there. Sample changes may persist for testing. Do not enter real customer, employee or payment information in this workspace.
We use access controls and technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect information. No device or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the updated policy and date here.
