Information we collect
When you request service, we collect the contact, property, service, scheduling, and optional equipment or site details you provide. We also collect the page and referral information associated with the request, including campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when present. Basic server logs may include IP address, browser, device, and request information used for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, route the request to the correct service team, schedule and perform work, send a confirmation, prevent abuse, measure marketing performance, and maintain business records. We do not ask for sensitive medical, financial, or account information in the service form.
Service providers and the local network
We use Cloudflare to host this website and securely process service requests, Resend to send email, and Twilio to deliver text messages when texting is enabled. Our request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. We share information with the service team handling your request when needed to arrange or perform the work. We do not sell personal information.
Phone, email, and text contact
Sending a request permits phone or email follow-up about it. One Call Services, operated by ACR BUSINESS SERVICE'S LLC, is the shared texting program for our plumbing, septic, water heater, and portable restroom services. Texting is optional: the request form offers an unchecked box for service-update texts, and promotional texts need their own separate consent. We record your selections, the disclosure version, the phone number, the source page, and the submission time. Providing a phone number or requesting service alone does not enroll you in texts. Consent covers One Call Services messages for the service business and categories named in the selected disclosure. It does not enroll you in promotions for other services.

Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes. We disclose information only to service providers assisting us with delivering and operating our messaging program, under obligations to protect it, or as required by law. Operational sharing described above does not grant another business permission to send marketing texts.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, accounting, and operational purposes. To ask what information we have about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email info@azplumbers.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Security and changes
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information, but no internet system is completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new update date.
