SMS terms and conditions

Last updated October 7, 2026. These terms cover text messages about services from One Call Plumbing Services. The texts are sent by One Call Services, the texting program ACR BUSINESS SERVICE'S LLC operates for One Call Plumbing Services, AZ Septic Pump and Repair, Water Heater Warehouse AZ, and Portable Bathroom Rentals AZ. Every text names One Call Services and the business it is about, for example “One Call Services (One Call Plumbing Services): …”. One Call OS is the software our team uses to manage communications.

Choose the messages you want

Service messages: If you select the service-text option on our service request form, we may send automated scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, and replies related to your requested service.

Promotional messages: If you have separately agreed to promotional texts, we may send automated special offers, service promotions, and seasonal reminders. Agreeing to service messages does not enroll you in promotional messages.

Text messages are voluntary. The service-text box starts unchecked and applies only to texts about One Call Plumbing Services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request service without choosing it. Providing a phone number, being an existing customer, or having a record imported into One Call OS does not by itself provide text-message consent.

How to enroll

On a service request form, enter the mobile number you control, select the service-text option, review these terms and our privacy policy, and submit. We retain the consent choices, disclosure version, source page, number, and submission time. Do not enter another person's mobile number without their authorization.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your service activity and the choices you make. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Your carrier's charges are your responsibility.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all One Call Services texts to your number, including texts about the other businesses listed above. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. STOP applies to all message categories. To enroll again, contact us so we can confirm your preferences; replying START can remove a carrier-level block but does not enroll you in a new category of marketing messages.

Employee work alerts

Employees may separately opt in to work texts from the One Call Services texting program operated by ACR BUSINESS SERVICE'S LLC, covering our plumbing, septic, water heater, and portable restroom teams, including dispatch, job assignments, schedule changes, and work reminders. Employment or possession of a work account does not automatically enroll someone. Employee consent does not enroll them in customer promotions. Employees can use One Call OS and coordinate directly with their supervisor without receiving texts.

To enroll, complete the employee SMS consent form and return it to the office. Keep a copy for your records. Frequency varies with work assignments; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.

Delivery and privacy

Text delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texts for emergencies; call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety, and call our office for urgent service needs.

Our privacy policy explains how we protect mobile information and consent records. We do not sell or share messaging consent for third-party or affiliate marketing.

Changes and contact
